Rest and De-Stress
Why not come along and benefit from our new Rest and De-Stress classes. The activities in these classes will help activate your parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible for bringing your body back to balance. It helps lower your blood pressure, boost your immune system and helps clear the mind.
Why not make Relaxation part of your weekly workout.
This is a block of 6 classes, Fridays 10-11am. Starting 29th March 2019. Classes can be booked separately or as a block. These include a mix of breathing exercises, guided meditations and visualisations. The classes are intended to provide you with ‘time out’ from the stresses and strains of everyday life and help bring your body and mind back to balance. £6.00 per class or £30 for prepaid block.

An electronic ticket will be mailed to you once payment is receipted.
Please Note: This workshop is not suitable for anyone who is suffering from epilepsy, or chronic asthma. If you have been diagnosed with depression in the past three months then please seek advice from your GP before attending. Only open to persons 18+.
